Its an awesome way to stay in shape, its great for dopamine production and stress relief and it makes you look good to all of your friends in real life and on Facebook.But what if you could take part in a weekend event that not only gets you out and active, but also challenges your problem solving skills, route planning and adeptness of tailgating mini games!??Introducing The Metropolitan Adventure Race presented by Masters of Urban Terrain and the Orlando Sport and Social Club! A choose your own adventure, point to point, landmark and secret Orlando Underground hunt with some built in mini games and challenges along the way.Youll start with a list of clues that will lead you to different places in our city beautiful; some you know about, and some may be surprisingly obscure. You will enjoy the history lesson while we also challenge your dexterity at 5 different, mandatory challenge stations with mini games like cornhole, logic puzzles and a three legged race.Race starts at Noon there is a 3 hour time limit where you will solve as many clues on the list that youre given as you can in the given time and you MUST RETURN TO THE BAR BY 3 for your score to count.In addition to the clues, there will be 5 Challenge Stations where you will perform feats of wisdom or dexterity to continue. These Challenge stations will be worth QUITE A BIT more points than the clues so make sure you get all 5 completed!

In 1856 Orlando became the county seat of Orange County, Florida. The Town of Orlando was incorporated on July 31, 1875 with an area of 4 square miles. Orlando incorporated as a city in 1885.Today, the City of Orlando as a result of numerous annexations, has an area of over 100 square miles and is still located entirely within Orange County.
